We are starting a promo for our courses' subscribers. Subscribers will be randomly selected everytime we reach 300th, 500th and 1,000th subscribers. For each time we reach a level, we will give out another set of lucky draw for our subscribers. The levels are cumulative, meaning, you can win the first lucky draw and still be qualified for the second lucky draw.
Mechanism:
- Log on to www.e-kata.com.my/store and register and subscribe to our Bahasa Malaysia courses.
- To qualify for the prize for the lucky draw ( 'The Contest'), Participants must be subscribed to the course.
Eligibility:
- The Contest shall be held from 5th December 2009 to the 31st December 2009 ( or as soon as we reach the stated levels).
- This Contest is open to all individuals who subscribed to our courses. Invalid entries will not be entertained.
- Employees of Pixel Bytes Sdn Bhd (“The Company”), agencies, and sponsors are not eligible to participate in the Contest(s).
- The Company may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest(s) duration at any time without giving any prior notice. Participants participating in the Contest(s) during the extended period shall be governed by this Contest Terms and Conditions.
Selection:
- The selection of winners will be at the sole discretion of The Company.

All rewards are given on an ‘As Is’ basis. The Company reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards in whole or in part with one of a similar value at its sole and absolute discretion at any time without prior notice, liability, and compensation to any finalists.
Judging:
- The decision of the judges is final and no further claims will be entertained.
Notification of Rewards:
- Winners will be announced on www.e-kata.com.my.
- Participants may be eligible to win more than one prize throughout the duration of the Contest.
- The Company reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners.
- The Company reserves the right to use the Winners’ or representatives’ names/photograph for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes at its sole discretion.
- The Company reserves the right to forfeit unclaimed rewards and the rewards may be donated to charity at The Company sole and absolute discretion.
- Proof of mailing, faxing or delivery in any manner whatsoever does not denote proof that The Company has received such details.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- As far as permitted by law, The Company and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the rewards details beyond the control of The Company and for any acts or defaults of any third party supplier.
- The Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete, substitute or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
Other Terms:
- The Winners of the Contest(s) may be requested to participate in public relations events tied to the campaign to generate press coverage of the contest and the accessories range. This may include, but not be limited to, quotes given for inclusion in press releases and press conferences, interviews, etc.
- The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant and/or Finalist who is found, or suspected of, tampering with the Contest(s) submission process, the operation of the Contest(s) or to be in violation and/or breach the Terms and Conditions and/or the Terms and Conditions in the Website. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest(s) or the Contest submission process.
- The Participants and/or Finalists agree to release and hold The Company free and harmless of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions, costs and expenses of any kind in connection with the Contest(s) or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation to, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
- The Participant and/or Finalists agree to indemnify The Company on a full indemnity basis with respect to any claim, suit or proceedings of whatever nature brought by any of the winners beneficiaries and/or third party in respect of the acceptance and/or use of the rewards.
- Pixel Bytes Sdn Bhd is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of The Company’s telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
- The Company reserves the right:
- (i) to amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and the Finalists shall be bound by such changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations or additions;
- (ii) at any time to change any aspect of the Contest(s) (including widening the scope of the Contest or replacing the prizes offered) without prior notice but such terms and conditions shall not affect the continuation of the Contest(s) duration.
- (iii) at its sole discretion modify the Contest(s) in the event of unforeseen circumstances due to a force majeure event
- By subscribing and participating in the Contest(s) the Participant fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by the Contest terms and conditions.
